All AshPaws products are handcrafted or carefully produced using time-honored techniques. Due to the nature of handmade and semi-handmade items, each product is unique. Variations in color, texture, shape, and finish may naturally occur and are part of the character of the product.
We make every effort to ensure that product photos accurately represent the items we offer. However, please note that color appearance may vary depending on individual screen settings, brightness, resolution, device type, and monitor age. These factors are beyond our control.
Product dimensions and capacity information (where applicable) are listed on each product page. Dimensions indicate the physical size of the item. Capacity values are approximate and intended as a general guideline. Because our products are handcrafted, actual capacity may vary slightly.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shopping cart carefully before completing a purchase to ensure that all selected items, options, and quantities are correct.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all address details, including apartment or suite numbers, are accurate and complete. We are unable to verify or correct address information once an order has been processed.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local delivery services, and factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Estimated delivery times are provided as a reference only and are not guaranteed.
We strongly encourage customers to review their order confirmation email immediately after purchase. There is a limited window of time to request changes before production begins. Once an order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply discount codes retroactively once an order has been placed and processed.
Personalization Terms & Conditions
Personalized and customized items are made specifically for you and are treated as final once production begins.
Any virtual previews, mockups, or on-screen designs are intended as visual approximations only. Our design team ensures that engraving layout and spacing are balanced and visually appropriate for the selected product.
Engraving color may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to material characteristics and the engraving process. Engraving reveals the underlying material beneath the surface finish, which may result in natural tonal or texture variations. This is normal and part of the engraving process.
All engraving and personalization details are produced exactly as submitted by the customer. You are fully responsible for verifying spelling, names, dates, fonts, and formatting before placing your order. Please carefully review all personalization information prior to checkout.
We do not automatically edit, correct, or adjust submitted text unless explicitly requested by the customer before production begins.
Once engraving or personalization has started, orders cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged. Engraving is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Due to the nature of laser engraving and casting processes, the exposed material beneath the surface may display natural textures or subtle imperfections. These characteristics are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
Please ensure that the correct product size, capacity, and design options are selected before ordering. Personalized items cannot be resold or reused and therefore are not eligible for return.
If symbols or artwork are selected, placement and sizing will be adjusted as needed to best suit the product design while maintaining overall balance and clarity.
Personalization and engraving may add additional production time to your order. Production timelines vary depending on order volume and customization complexity.
